Eco-Cowboys will be a national and internationally distributed television series dedicated to and honoring the many ranchers that for centuries have been the "Good Stewards" of land. This series will represent a clear, honest and exciting view of these hard working independent individuals and businesses that use ecological and energy efficient methods for conserving the land.

"The land is harsh. The weather is unpredictable. Market prices are always down. Horses and cattle can kill you. If they don't get you, the government will. Life on the range is a struggle to survive."

The producers and future sponsors of Eco-Cowboys support ranchers, ranches, and the cattle businesses across America, recognizing their advanced conservation and sound biodynamic methods.

NEW EPISODE: LASSOING THE WIND

America's ranchers are on the front-line of using clean sustainable energy. Grazing pastures are being utilized for large wind turbines that deliver power to energy-starved cities. Cattle don't mind grazing under windmills used for pumping water or generating energy. Eco-Cowboys will highlight and showcase how contemporary ranching methods effectively "harvest the wind."

NEW EPISODE: THE GRASS IS GREENER

Ranchers don't raise cattle...they raise grass. The science and practice of range management is protecting and preserving the grasslands of America. Grazing is a critical part of the natural ecosystem and removing the cattle won't save or improve the environment. Eco-Cowboys will investigate the science and facts of grazing.

NEW: DON'T LIE ABOUT COWBOYS

"Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. They are not entitled to their own set of facts." Radical activists have used distorted facts and outright lies to back up their claims that ranching is destroying the ecosystem. Southern Arizona ranchers Jim and Sue Chilton were viciously attacked and accused of destroying the environment and harming an endangered species. Knowing that they had done no wrong, the Chiltons fought back with science and the truth.

NEW: THE WEST IS BURNING

Who will manage and protect the range if the ranchers are gone? Inaction has turned the West into a firetrap. Extreme activists are using the "system" to deny ranchers the right to use public lands for grazing. These actions are undermining the stability and health of our natural resources. Eco-Cowboys will examine how ranchers are using and assisting in the management of public lands, helping to maintain a balanced and healthy ecosystem.
